Meet the Founder
Leadership, learning, and the real work in between
Alex Ortega founded Magno Enterprises after more than two decades of building teams, developing leaders, designing learning, and helping organizations navigate change. His experience spans frontline operations, talent development, consulting, and facilitation, giving him a practical view of what leadership looks like when the work is real, priorities compete, and people still need to move forward together.
Magno reflects that experience. Alex's approach starts with listening, understanding what is actually happening, and making complex ideas useful in the day-to-day work of leading. His work centers on communication and trust, emotional intelligence, people leader development, leading through change, and the everyday moments where leadership actually happens.
